Four in a Row
Four in a Row collects nothing and sends nothing. The Android app has no way to: it ships without the internet permission.

What the app collects
Nothing.
There are no accounts, no sign-in, no analytics, no advertising and no crash reporting. Nothing you do in the app is sent anywhere, because the app has no way to send it: Four in a Row does not request the INTERNET permission, so Android will not let it open a network connection at all.
What the app stores on your device
One saved game. It holds the position on the board, the score, the names and colours you chose for the two players, the board size and difficulty, and whether sound and vibration are switched on.
This is written to the app's own private storage on your phone. No other app can read it, and it never leaves the device. Uninstalling the app deletes it, and there is nothing to delete anywhere else, because there is nowhere else.
Permissions
The app requests one permission: Vibrate, to buzz when a disc lands and when a game is won. That is the only permission in the app.
Playing it in a browser
Everything above describes the Android app, which is what the Play listing links this page from. The same game also runs in a browser on shivom.me, and that version is a web page: it has to be fetched over the network, so whoever serves it records the ordinary things any web server records, such as your IP address and which files were asked for. That is the page being delivered to you, not the game watching you play.
The game itself still collects nothing and sends nothing back. Your names, your colours, the board and the score are kept in your browser's own storage on your device, the same way they are kept in the app's private storage on a phone. Nothing is sent anywhere, and clearing the site's browsing data removes them.
Children
The app is suitable for all ages. It collects no data from anyone, children included.
Google Play
Google Play collects its own data about installs and purchases, independently of this app. That is covered by Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy, not by this one.
